What to do before a medical spa appointment?
Get ready to embark on your aesthetics journey!
Three days prior to your appointment, you will receive a text message and/or email containing pre-check-in information we may need to start your aesthetics journey with us. Our Licensed Medical Professionals may have pre-appointment care advice specific to you. Some things they may suggest you do before your appointment are:
Avoid excessive alcohol consumption in the days leading up to the appointment. Smoking can also increase the risk of complications, so minimizing or avoiding it is recommended.
Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to the appointment. Well-hydrated skin can respond better to the treatments.
24 hours prior to your appointment, you should refrain from taking blood-thinning medications and supplements (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and vitamin E). This helps minimize the risk of bruising.
